Terms of Service

Effective November 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and App Planet, the maker of ClipNow ("ClipNow," "we," "us"). By using clipnow.vip or starting a plan, you agree to them.

1. What ClipNow is

ClipNow is web-based software that helps you turn long videos into short vertical clips with captions for social platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, Snapchat and X. Videos are processed in your own web browser on your device.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use ClipNow, and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to buy a plan. If you use ClipNow for a business, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

3. Plans, free trial and billing

• We offer paid subscription plans (currently Silver, Gold and Platinum), billed monthly or yearly. Current prices are shown on our pricing section.
• Each plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan starts automatically and your payment method is charged for the first billing period.
• Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We'll tell you before any price change applies to you.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• If a payment fails, we'll email you a secure link to update your payment details. If the balance stays unpaid, we may pause or end your plan.
• Prices are in US dollars and don't include taxes, which may be added where required.
• We may offer promotional or complimentary codes. They're personal, can't be sold or exchanged for cash, and we may end or limit them at any time.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal (linked in our emails) or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. See our Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your content and your responsibilities

• You keep all rights to the videos you clip. We don't claim ownership of your content, and because it's processed on your device, we don't receive a copy.
• Only clip videos you have the right to use: your own, or content from a campaign or rights holder that allows reposting. You're responsible for what you upload, export and post, and for following each platform's rules.
• Don't use ClipNow to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, post harmful or deceptive content, or try to disrupt, copy or reverse-engineer the service.

6. Earnings are not guaranteed

ClipNow is a tool for making and posting clips. We don't pay you and we can't promise views, followers, campaign approval or income. Information about clipping campaigns and estimates on our site are examples only.

7. Third-party platforms

When you connect social accounts and auto-post, you authorize ClipNow and our posting partner, Upload-Post, to post the clips and captions you choose to those accounts at the times you pick. You're responsible for what is posted and for following each platform's rules. Platforms can reject, limit or remove posts, and posting may fail; we'll show the result where we can.

ClipNow links to and works alongside services we don't control, such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, X, Twitch, Kick and Stripe. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

8. Changes to the service

We're constantly improving ClipNow and may add, change or remove features. Some features shown on our site are marked as coming soon. If we make a change that materially reduces what your paid plan includes, you can cancel and ask for a prorated refund of the unused time.

9. Ending your access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the service. You can stop using ClipNow at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

ClipNow is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll post it here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, email you. Continuing to use ClipNow after a change means you accept it.
